ForeLore Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ForeLore app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ForeLore.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use ForeLore.

Your Content

ForeLore lets you create rounds, record audio narrations, and share them with other users. You retain ownership of the content you create. By sharing content with other users, you grant them and us the limited right to store, display, and play back that content so the app can function. You are responsible for the content you create and share, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

Acceptable Use and Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

ForeLore has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to upload, record, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass or abuse other users.

• You can report objectionable content or users directly in the app.
• You can block any user, which removes their content from your experience.
• We review reports and will remove violating content and remove or ban offending users, typically within 24 hours of a report.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

Subscriptions

ForeLore is free to download and use, and viewing rounds that others share with you is always free. Sharing your own rounds requires the ForeLore Sharing subscription, priced at $1.99 per month (USD; pricing may vary by region and is shown in the app before purchase).

This is an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your iPhone's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Termination

You may stop using ForeLore at any time and may delete your account from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Disclaimers

ForeLore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
